Amazing Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

I am embarrassed to say, I am 24 years old, and this is the first time I have made banana bread. However, I must say it turned out AWESOME!!! I found this recipe on Pinterest, but added and omitted certain ingredients to better cater towards my preferences---obviously chocolate chips were added :)

Here is the recipe! Hope you enjoy it!!!

Ingredients:
1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
3 1/2 bananas, very ripe and mashed
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Chocolate chips - as many as you want ;)

Directions:

First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees, and line bottom of load pan with parchment paper (or spray with nonstick cooking pray)

Sift flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.

Beat sugar and eggs with a whisk until light and fluffy. This takes a lot of arm muscle, so hopefully you've done your push-ups lately!

Add oil, mashed bananas, sour cream, and vanilla. I used my hand mixer for this part-- my arms were numb from the previous step ;)

Once that is all mixed well together, I added my chocolate chips and poured the mixture into my bread pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes, and viola! Delicious chocolate chip banana bread :)

ENJOY!!!!
